Lorene Virginia Russell, 95, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on January 26, 2026, at Aspire Caring Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Lorene was born on May 21, 1930, to George and Ella (Hayes) McPheeters in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She married Oral "Jack" Russell on July 4, 1952, in Piggott, AR., he preceded her in death April 10, 1995.
Lorene was a member of First Baptist Church. She was retired from Southern Missouri Bank.
Lorene is survived by daughter Carol Russell, son Greg Russell and wife Cyndy, all of Poplar Bluff.
Lorene was preceded in death by Husband, Oral "Jack" Russell, parents, brothers Sam, Arthur and Gene McPheeters, sisters Ruby Roberts, Mildred Keele, and Irene Drummond.
Lorene chose cremation and there will be a graveside service Saturday, January 31,2026, at 1PM in the Poplar Bluff City Cemetery 1901 North Main St.
