Lula Davis

Lula Davis, 69, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2014, at her home. Ms. Davis was born December 4, 1944 in Portageville, Mo. She enjoyed listening to music, family gatherings and going to parks. She was a cook at Mingo Job Corp. Survivors include her children, Veronica Davis, Chris Davis, and Leonard Davis all of Poplar Bluff and Marcie Davis of Springfield, Mo.; her grandchildren, Ebony Brown, Kristain Davis, Tyler Davis, Dominick Davis, Matthew Davis, Steven Jackson Jr., Jalen Anders, Terrance Draggs Jr., Alex Collins, Keva Dozier, and Adrian Davis; and one brother, Lawrence Jones, of Poplar Bluff. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Keva Davis, who passed in 2009. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 31, 2014 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff with Rev. Gary McCain officiating. Burial will follow in the City Cemetery.
