Ms. Marbeline Rowling, 81 of Florissant, Missouri passed away Monday, February 24, 2025. A Public Viewing will occur on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home 701 Vine St. Poplar Bluff. The Celebration of Life will start at 11:00 a.m., followed by an Interment at Poplar Bluff City Cemetery.
