Margaret Marie Wallace

Margaret Marie Wallace, 55, of Poplar Bluff, passed away Friday, February 25, 2011, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Wed. at Mt. Calvary Powerhouse Church of God followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. with Bishop Ron Webb officiating. Burial in the City Cemetery. Mrs. Wallace was born on August 7, 1955, in Poplar Bluff. She was a lifetime resident of Butler County. She attended Mt. Calvary Powerhouse Church of God. She had worked at factories in Poplar Bluff and as a nurse. She enjoyed singing in church and doing church work. On November 7, 1983, she married James Henry Wallace at Poplar Bluff. He preceded her in death June 10, 2008. Survivors include fourchildren, Jerome Webb, Sheila Wallace and Carlos Wallace, all of Poplar Bluff, and James Earl of St. Louis; four sisters, Mae Valley of St. Louis and Jewell Jones, JoaAnn Webb and Mary Ann Peters, all of Poplar Bluff; one brother, Wardell Webb Jr. of Poplar BLuff and five grandchildren, Jalacia Mallett, Cara Dartello, Jerome Webb Jr., Detrayuous Wallace Jones and Diamound Weaver. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Sonya Webb, and her parents, Wardell Webb Sr. and Lilly B. Webb.
