Martha Sue Agner

Martha Sue Agner passed away June 21, 2011 at the Saint Francis Medical Center, Cape Girardeau, Mo, at the age of 63. Visitation for Ms. Agner will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, 844 Cedar Street, Poplar Bluff, Mo. The funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. Bro. Nathan Kirkley officiating and burial in Liberty Cemetery in Butler County. Ms. Agner was born June 17, 1949 at Poplar Bluff, Mo. to parents Leo Silvester Hammon and Lila Jean "Ward" Hammon. Both preceded her in death. She was a lifetime resident of Butler County and was a homemaker. On December 3, 1966 she married John Agner in Poplar Bluff. He preceded her in death October 22, 2008. She enjoyed bowling, bingo, and spending time with her family. She attended Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter La Jeana Sue Agner and son, Johnny Agner, both of Poplar Bluff.
