Martin "Marty" Bruton

Martin "Marty" Bruton, 46, of Wappapello, Mo., passed away Thursday, Oct. 29, 2015 at Landmark Hospital in Joplin, Mo. Mr. Bruton was born May 22, 1969 in Rockford, IL. . He worked installing carpet, and enjoyed reading and sports. He is survived by his children, Amber Bruton and Zackery Bruton, both of Springfield, Mo.; parents, Larry Bruton and Louise Bruton both of Wappapello, Mo.; brother, Wade Bruton and wife Angie of Wappapello, Mo.; and 3 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, W.W. and Edna Bruton and John and Pearl Meadors. Services will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015 at the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel from 10:30a.m. - 11:30 a.m., with funeral service beginning at 11:30 a.m. Rev. Bill Meadors will be officiating. Burial will be held at the New Hope Cemetery.
