Mary (Buffington) Deal

Mary Lou Deal, 90, of Columbia, MO passed away on January 07, 2024, at Boone Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. Mary was born on April 5, 1933, in Neelyville, Missouri.  She married Jerry Deal on July 25, 1958. Mary lived in Poplar Bluff her entire life until 2018 when she moved to Columbia to be close to her daughter, Teresa.  Mary enjoyed knitting, sewing, and reading the Bible. Mary is survived by daughter, Teresa Smarr and husband Charles of Columbia, one grandson, Brian Smarr of Huntington, West Virginia. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jerry Deal, three sisters, Dorothy, Wilma and Ethyl, and her sons, Gary Warren and Curtis Deal.

There will be a private graveside burial on Friday, January 12,2024.
