Mary Evelyn Elston

Mary Elston, 80, of Bryant Arkansas passed away December 23, 2010 at her daughter's residence in Bryant, Arkansas. Visitation will begin at 1PM Tuesday December 28, 2010 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff, MO followed by funeral service at 2:30 PM with Rev. John Harwell officiating. Burial will be in Poplar Bluff City Cemetery. Mary was born Feb. 13, 1930 in Piggott, Arkansas. She was a charter member of the New Life Christian Church United in Poplar Bluff. She was also a member of the Eastern Star. She had worked at Snider IGA for over 30 years. She enjoyed knitting, walking and loved working. Feb. 10, 1950 she was married to Keith Elston in Yuma Arizona and he preceded her in death in 1993. She is survived by one daughter; Charlette Woods of Bryant Arkansas and one son; James K. Elston of Poplar Bluff. Six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
