Mary Katherine Morrow

Mary Katherine Morrow received her wings July 1, 2017 at her residence at the age of 76 surrounded by family who loved her dearly. Her positive attitude through two battles with breast cancer was an inspiration to all. Mary was born in Hayti, Mo., on January 28,1941. She was the daughter of Arvel and Ima Williams. Mary was a long time resident of Neelyville, Mo. where se met George R. Morrow (Bob); they were married on January 17, 1959 and were married for 51 years before he preceded her in death on June 9, 2010. Mary took great pride in taking care of her family as a homemaker. Hosting family get together, and cooking for her family was loved and treasured by many. Gardening was another joy of Mary's and she had a green thumb. She and Bob raised three children, Terry (John) Ray of Marion Il., Lisa "Dee" (Wade) Cavness of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Todd Morrow of Dallas, TX. Surviving siblings are Helen Ross of Southaven, MS and Raymond Williams of Memphis, TN. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Flossie Williams, Evelyn Cagle, Bonnie Holmes, Arvel Williams Jr. and Willard Williams. Mary is survived by her grandchildren, Adam Morrow, Andrea Crafton, Logan Steele, Kati Steele, Holly Cavness, Taylor Steele and Ethan Steele. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
