Mary Ellen (Prim) Daves

Mary Ellen Daves, 64, of Poplar Bluff, MO entered the presence of Jesus on Sunday, January 26, 2025, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, with her family around her. Mary Ellen was born on October 20, 1960, to Harold and Kay (Britton) Prim in Paducah, Kentucky.  She married Randy Daves on November 10, 1979, in Poplar Bluff. Mary Ellen had a contagious smile and could cook extraordinary meals. She also loved her cat, Otis. Mary is survived by spouse, Randy Daves; son, Todd Daves and wife Jessica; son, Daniel Daves and wife Krystle; grandchildren, Makaylynn, Kaydence, Landon, Natalie, Mercy; great granddaughter, Lainey; mother, Mary (Kay) Hale, brother, Dale Len Prim and wife Dawn; sister-in-law, Connie Maddox and special friends Trent and Gina Stilwell. Mary Ellen was preceded in death by her father, Harold Prim. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 29,2025, from 11am to 1pm at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home 701 Vine St. Poplar Bluff, MO. Funeral services will begin at 1pm in the chapel with Rev. Steve Patterson officiating. Burial will take place at Poplar Bluff City Cemetery.
