Mary Francis Lepold, 93, of Naylor, Missouri, passed away December 5, 2012 in the Mark Twain Caring Center of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She was born January 16, 1919 in Illinois to the late Joe Rauker and Josie Stinick Rauker.
On may 16, 1942 at Poplar Bluff, Missouri she was married to Tony Lepold. He preceded her in death on July 24, 1992.
Mary is survived by her children; Jim Lepold and wife Theresa of Naylor, Mo., Bob Lepold and wife Brenda of Naylor, Mo. Betty Tharp and husband Butch of Naylor, Mo., Kathy Spradlin and husband Steve of Rockford, Ill., and Mary Ann Hollenberg and husband Hank of Arnold, Missouri. Twelve grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren also survive.
She was a homemaker and a farmers wife and enjoyed flowers, gardening, cooking, quilting as well as her children and grandchildren and helping people.
She was a member of the sacred Heart Catholic church in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. she was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one granddaughter, Misty (Tharp) Vance, three sisters,Vera Becker, Josie Dobnikar and Millie Lepold as well as two brothers, Joe Rauker and Bogamill Ruaker.
Visitation will be Saturday December 8, 2012 at 11:00 am with the funeral following at 1:00 p.m., in the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel of Neelyville, Mo.. Burial will be in the Gum Cemetery. In Lie of flowers family requests be made to Naylor Senior Citzens or your favorite Charity.
