Mary Ann Sheppard

Mary Ann Sheppard, 82,of Doniphan, Missouri, and formely of Fairdealing, Missouri, passed away August 24, 2013. She was born December 12, 1930 in Neelyville, Missouri to the late William Guthrie and Ruby Lavern McCollum Guthrie. She was a member of the Naylor Pentecostal Church, where She had served as assistant Secretary and had taught Sunday School class.She enjoyed Quilting, Embroiding and Gardening. She was married to Lora "Toots" Sheppard. He preceded her in death on May 26, 1998. She is survivied by, her children:Rev. Harold Sheppard and wife Connie of Doniphan, Missouri, Rev. Bruce Sheppard and wife Jeanette of Fairdealing, Missouri and Peggy Orr and husband Dan of Twin Falls, Idaho. Five brothers, Robert Guthrie, William Guthrie Jr., Paul Richard Guthrie, David Guthrie, Johnny Guthrie. Her grandchildren, Nevin and Nick , Jarred David and Jenifer, and her great grandchild, Carter and Olivia. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one sister Letta Fay Guthrie and three brothers, Freddie Leon, Jerry Ray and Lester Guthrie. Visitation for Mrs. Sheppard will be Wedsneday August 28, 2013 in the Naylor Pentecostal Church starting at 6:00 p.m. with the funeral Thursday August 29, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Naylor Pentecostal Church. Burial will be in the Fairdealing Cemetery, with Rev Donnie Fowler officiating. Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel of Neelyville, Missouri is in charge of arrangments.
