Mike Allbritton

Michael "Mike" Alan Allbritton, 49, passed away Sunday September 26, 2010 in Jonesboro, Ark. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2010 with funeral services to follow at 2 p.m. at the Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, 844 Cedar Street, Poplar Bluff, Mo. Burial will be in the City Cemetery, Poplar Bluff, Mo. Pastor Paul White to officiate. Mr. Allbritton was born on January 14, 1961, in Poplar Bluff, Mo. to parents Harold and Ethel Allbritton. He graduated in 1982 from Poplar Bluff High School. In July 3, 1982 he married Edie Payne. He was a member of the Shepards Heart Community Church in Jonesboro, and was a Auto body repairman. He enjoyed Nascars, Hot rods, and crossword puzzles. He is survived by his parents; Harold and Ethel Allbritton, Poplar Bluff, one daughter Danielle Allbritton of Jonesboro, Ark.; and the mother of his daughter, Edie Pursifull of Jonesboro. He is also survived by four sisters; Delories Hill and husband Larry, Poplar Bluff, Linda Hall and husband Gary, Poplar Bluff, Lisa Young and husband Jeff, Valley Park, Mo. ; Debbie Hendrix and husband Kevin, Doniphan; five brothers, Darwin Allbritton, wife Kathy, Jonesboro, Dewayne Allbritton, wife Debbie, Poplar Bluff, Steve Allbritton and wife Karen, Lowndes, Mo., Bill Allbritton , wife Michelle, Jonesboro, John Allbritton, Springfield, Mo . Many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews survive. Preceding him in death, one brother Teddy Allbritton.
