Mikeal 'Mike' Baker

Mike Baker, 51, of Poplar Bluff passed away May 31, 2011 at his home. Mr. Baker was born December 29, 1959, in Poplar Bluff, to the late James Baker and Christina Bridgeman-Baker. A memorial service will be held 3PM Saturday June 4, 2011 at the Abundant Life Christian Center at the corner of Dalton and Bradley Street in Poplar Bluff. Pastor Doug Bruce officiating. Mike was a carpet layer, enjoyed fishing, cars and spending time with his family-especially with his grandchildren. On May 23, 2011 he married Sheila Thompson-Baker, in Poplar Bluff and she survives. Also surviving are three sons: Mikeal Baker, Adam Baker and Tyler Baker; two brothers; Terry Baker and Ricky Baker and three grandchildren.
