Mildred Millie Louise Barlow

Mildred Louise Barlow, 83, of Doniphan, Missouri, passed away June 16, 2015 in the Current River Nursing Center at Doniphan. She was born March 21, 1932 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Rex Long and Arpie Mallott Long On July 22, 1948 at Oran, Missouri, she was married to Cletus "Pete" Barlow. He preceded her in death on April 19, 1997. She is survived by her children; Kenneth "Bo" Barlow and wife Elizabeth of Fairdealing, Missouri, Paula Barlow of Florissant, Missouri, Bill Barlow and wife Pam of Waterloo, Illinois, Debbie Malin and husband Dan of Dupo, Illinois, Harvey Barlow of Dupo, Illinois, Rene Barlow of Puxico, Missouri . Three sisters, Mary Donnell and husband Landon of Doniphan, Missouri and, Kaye Parkin and husband Vance of Doniphan, Missouri and Janice Gobel of Doniphan, Missouri, one brother, Ray and wife of St.Louis, Missouri. Sixteen grandchildren and thirty six great-grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two children; Brenda Reynolds and Ron Barlow. Sisters: Henrietta Hart, Evelyn Wisdom and Sharon Swagert. Brothers: Marvin Jimmy Long and Harvey Long. She was also preceded in death by one grandson; Ryan Reynolds. Mildred was a member of the WestPoint United Pentecostal Church of Doniphan, Missouri and had been the owner/operator of M & S Convenient Store in Dupo, Illinois. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, ceramics and making candy. Visiting will begin after 6:00 p.m. Thursday June 18, 2015 in the WestPoint United Pentecostal Church of Doniphan, Missouri with the funeral Friday June 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery in Doniphan, Missouri with the Rev. Charles Carr Sr. and Rev. Tim Dugas officiating.
