Mildred Stevens

Mildred Cleo Stevens 78, of Poplar Bluff died on Dec.25, 2021 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. She was born on Nov. 15 ,1943 to Woodrow and Irene Ezell.

She was of the Baptist faith.  Mildred loved sewing, playing Bingo, watching Gunsmoke with her daughter and playing with her grandchildren.  She was a St. Louis Cardinal fan. Mildred was visited often by April and her sons, Dylan and Ryan. Dylan caught Mildred’s eye playing his sport which is soccer.

Ryan loves video games and was Mildred’s video game buddy.

Surviving are her children: Kathy Partenberry, Deborah Dugger, Janice Ervin and her husband James. 10 grandchildren, 19 greatgrandchildren 2 great great grandchildren. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Nora Loftis and son David Thompson.

Visitation will be from 1-2pm on Tuesday Dec. 28th at Fowler Sullivan Funeral Home.  The funeral service will begin at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel with Ron Fowler officiating.

Burial will follow in the City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
