Naomia Bell Payne

Naomia Payne was born May 5, 1932 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She passed away Tuesday October 20, 2015 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Most of her life was spent in Qulin, Hillsboro and Poplar Bluff, Mo. She was the loving wife of over 50 years to Dean Payne, he survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Pam and Gene Iverson and Cathy and Dick Holland, all of Cadet, Missouri. One Son-in-law, Robert and Barbara Perkins of Harviell, Missouri; and one sister, Norma and Gerald Gerboth of Harviell, Mo. She was a loving grandmother to eight grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and two great- great-grandchildren. Naomia was proceeded in death by her parents, Cecil Parks, Pauline Parks and Ramie Parks; a sister Lucille Chandler, Brother; Floyd Stevens, a daughter Caroline Parks Perkins and son, William Callow, and one grandson Wesley Holland. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, October 22, 2015. the Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 2015 at the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel in Neelyville, Missouri. Interment will be in the Cochran Cemetery. She was loved and will be dearly missed.
