Nettie Hill

Nettie Frances Hill, 75, of Poplar Bluff, passed away on July 7, 2018 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. She was born on February 24, 1943 to Raymond and Margery (Presson) Batson at Cairo, IL. She enjoyed fishing, playing Bingo and playing slot machines. Nettie is survived by her son, Kenny Bounds; daughter, Carol Bounds; Sister, La Wanda Thone; grandson, Brandon Bounds; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by Father, Raymond Batson, Mother, Margery Batson, Brother, Robert Raymond Batson. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 11, 2018, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, Poplar Bluff, MO. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018, 10:00 am at the Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, Poplar Bluff, MO, with Rev. David Radford officiating.
