Norma Jean Reed

Norma Jean Reed passed away Sunday May 22, 2011 at her home, at the age of 61. Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday May 25, 2011 in the chapel. Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday May 26, 2011. Rev. Calvin Buhler officiating. Burial in Memorial Gardens, Poplar Bluff, Mo. She was born August 11, 1949 to parents Robert E. Reed and Helen M. Whitaker Reed, in Stoddard County, Missouri. She worked at Revere Plastics for 15 years before retiring. She enjoyed quilting, crossword puzzles, fishing and her grandchildren. Surviving are three children, Deborah Russom and fiance’, Doug Endsley, Gene Russom and wife, Gina, and Devin Russom and wife, Rhonda; two sisters, Brenda Blurton and husband, Jim, and Pat Moman and husband, Frank; two brothers, Ronnie Reed and wife Bonnie, and Robert (Sonny) Reed and wife, Judy; 11 grandchildren; Travis, Austin, Dustin, Christina, Wyatt, Cody, Tyler, Dalton and Hunter Russom, Britni Wyrick and Trendle McNew. She was preceded in death by one son, Steven Murphy, her parents, and one sister, Joanne Whoberry. Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, 844 Cedar, Poplar Bluff, Mo. in charge of arrangements.
