Ola Mae Harris, 84 of Harviell, Missouri, passed away October 11, 2011 in the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center at Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She was born January 6, 1927 to the late Oscar William Wells and Lydia Etta Elta Wells. On May 23, 1953 at Pocahontas, Arkansas she was married to Ellsworth Ervin Harris. He preceded her in death on May 17, 1995. She is survived by Two Sons, Joseph Harris of St.Francis, Missouri and Robert Harris of Harviell, Missouri. Two Daughters, Lydia Barber and Patricia Eastin both of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Fifteen Grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren also survive. Mrs. Harris enjoyed collecting dolls, artist painting and reading mystery books. she was a member of the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church near Harviell and the TOPS Clubb #734 of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She was a home maker and had lived in this area since 1971. Visitation for Mrs. Harris will be Saturday October 15, 2011 in the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel at Neelyville, Missouri, starting at 10:00 a.m. with funeral following at 11:00 a..m.. Burial will be in the Kinsey Cemetery with Rev. Ernie Cate officiating.
