Onie Pearl Allen, 82, of Poplar Bluff passed away, July 7, 2011 at The Manor in Poplar Bluff. Visitation will begin at noon Saturday July 9, 2011 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff, 844 Cedar St. Funeral service will follow at 2PM Saturday in funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Twidwell Cemetery in Wayne County. Mrs. Allen was born August 6, 1928 in Dunklin County, MO , to the late Clem Mason and Dottie Ennis Mason. She was a resident of Butler County since 1993. She had formerly lived in St. Louis, MO She was married June 7, 1952, In Arkansas to Floyd Cleo Allen He preceded her in death on Dec. 23, 1996. Mrs Allen was of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed shopping, loved riding in the car, and watching her soaps. She is survived by her children; Jerry Allen of High Ridge, MO and Janie Batson of Poplar Bluff. Sisters Salley Sandy, Mayer, AZ and Martha Skaggs of Mayer, AZ; brothers; Jake Mason of Cotter, AK and Wayne Mason of Danville, IL and two grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sisters; Alice, Charlotte, Bonnie, and Dott and brothers; JV, Curtis and Paul
