Pansy M. Alexander

Pansy M. Alexander, 93, of Harviell, Missouri, departed this life on December 17, 2014 at the Black River Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Mrs. Alexander was born May 22, 1921 in Ash Hill, Missouri. On November 9, 1939 at Piggott, Arkansas, She was married to Frank M. Alexander. He preceded her in death on February 1, 1993. She as also preceded in death by her parents as well as one sister, Dorothy Wiseman. Mrs. Alexander is survived by: one son, Ivan Gene Alexander and wife Imodene and one daughter, Lucille Thomas and husband George all of Harviell, Missouri; four grandchildren, Vickie Alexander of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Robin Coleman of Neelyville, Missouri, Angie Adams and husband Robert of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Butch Tolliver and wife Sandy of Harviell, Missouri; five great grandchildren; Jessica West, Michael West, Shawn Adams, Cody Adams and Chad Tolliver and one sister, Vivian Sweet and husband Gene of Hartsborne, OK. In her spare time se enjoyed cooking, crocheting, quilting and her family. She was a member of the Walnut Grove Missionary Baptist Church, where she served as the church keeper for 20 years. Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. with the services following at 12:00 p.m. Saturday a the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel in Neelyville, Missouri, with Brother Don Alexander Officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
