Patricia Ann Gaddis (Mom Mom), 67, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013, at her residence.
Mrs. Gaddis was born September 28,1945 in Moline, Ill. A member of Eagles Lodge 3730 and Eagle Bitches, she retired from Gates Rubber Company as a supervisor, where she had worked 30 years. She loved her kids and grandkids and was an avid Cardinal fan. She was of the Christian faith.
In 1966 she married Russell Gaddis, father of her three children, Tracy Harget and James PeeWee White, Rushell Lazalier and Scott, Paul Dewayne Gaddis and wife, Trina; a sister, Marilyn Haney and husband, Paul; five grandchildren, Chelse Bigham, Courtney Lazalier, J.E.S. Lazalier, Madison Gaddis and Taytum Gaddis; three great-grandchildren; Carson Tinsley, Kinsley and Jase Bigham.
She was called mom by many including Thomas Pee Wee Morgan, Dewayne Henson and Luke Moore.
She was preceded in death by her step-father, J.T. Simpkins; her parents Wilford Black and Pauline (Posey) Black; two brothers, Otis Lawrence and Willis Black.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Sunday, August 4, 2013, followed by funeral services at 1:30 p.m., at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff . Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery, East Prairie, Mo.
