Phillip Johnson

Phillip Johnson, 63, of Lake of the Ozarks, Mo., died Sunday, November 6, 2011, at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, Mo. Mr. Johnson was born October 27, 1948, in Blytheville, Arkansas. He was a carpenter by trade. Survivors include three daughters, Deanna Farel, Brenda Bradshaw and Khrista Callaway; his sisters, Deloris Roach, Mary Olcott and Sheila Hartenstein; two brothers, Jerry Johnson and Larry Johnson and 11 grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, November 12, 2011, followed by funeral services at 10 a.m., at the Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff, Mo. with Rev. Roscoe Gray officiating.
