Raymond "Leon" Smith

Leon Smith, 59, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away July 25, 2013 in Poplar Bluff. He was born February 24, 1954 at Saint Louis, Missouri to Raymond Smith and Lucille Smith Politte. On January 20, 2008 at Poplar Bluff, Missouri, He was married to Deborah Foster-Smith. she survives. Also surviving, daughter, Katrina Smith ManisOf Poplar Bluff, Missouri. His Mother, Lucille Smith Politte of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, His father Raymond Smith and wife Hazel of Poplar bluff, Missouri. One Sister Linda Murray and husband Van of Harviell, Missouri and three Brothers, Robert Smith and wife of Paragould, Arkansas, David Smith of Steelville, Missouri and Wilbert Smith and wife Rita of Naylor, Missouri. He is also survived by His grandchildren, Kaden Skylar Manis and Kailey Renee' Manis both of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Leon was self employed at Smitty's Heating and Cooling, He was a avid outdoors man, who enjoyed hunting and fishing, Collecting arrowheads, cooking, baking and spending time with family and friends. He graduated from Neelyville High School in 1972. He was a member of Jehovah's Witness. A memorial visitation will be held Monday July 29, 2013 starting at 10:00 am in the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel at Neelyville, Missouri. A memorial Service will start at 11:00 am in the chapel with Brother Kurt Milbrandt officiating.
