Robert C. Keck

Visitation for Mr. Keck will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, December 17, 2010 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, Poplar Bluff. Graveside service at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 18, 2010 at the Bethany Cemetery near Doniphan, Mo. with Larry Leezer officiating. Robert C. Keck of Poplar Bluff passed away December 15, 2010 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. He was 92. Mr. Keck was born April 12, 1918 in Kokomo, Indiana to parents Bud Christian Keck and Mary Pearl Sheeley Keck, both preceded him in death. He lived the last 40 years in Butler County, but had previously lived in Las Vegas, Nevada and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and loved playing cards, fishing, traveling and camping. On November 27, 1946 he married Beverly Ann Emmons in Prova, Utah. She preceded him in death on June 5, 2006. Surviving are his children Jerry Keck of Indiana, LuDean Williams of Las Vegas, Nevada and one Daugher-in-Law Darlene Keck of New York. Grandchildren Cathy Newson, Jerry Keck, Jennifer Diehl, Robert Keck and Lynnette Borland.
