Ronnie Leroy Hudson, 69, of Pocahontas, Arkansas, passed away February 6, 2017 at his residence.
He was born March 31, 1947 to the late Robert Hudson and Marcella Russell Hudson.
He is survived by one daughter, Stacy Hudson of Pocahontas and one son, Kevin Hudson also of Pocahontas; two sisters, Brenda Taylor of Rockfield, Ky. and Omhala Snelson of Doniphan, Missouri; three brothers, Bob Hudson of Cedar Hill, Missouri, John Hudson of Doniphan and Carl McMurtry of St.Charles, Missouri, one grandchild, Logan Hudson; great-grandchildren, Dylan Hudson, Taylor Hudson, Erica Hudson, Olivia Hudson and great-great grandchildren, Mary Beth Taylor Hudson.
He is preceded in death by his parents, as well as two brothers, Leon Hudson and Dennis Hudson, and a grandchild Jacob Hudson.
Ronnie served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. He was a member of the VFW in Doniphan, as well as member of Skaggs Church of Christ in Pocahontas. He enjoyed fishing and squirrel hunting. He had been a commercial truck driver.
Visitation for Ronnie will be Monday February 13, 2017 starting at 10:00 am with the funeral following at 12:00 p.m. at Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel in Neelyville. Burial will be in Gum Cemetery near Naylor, with Jon Fears officiating.
