Sandra Eaton

Sandra Arlene Eaton, 61, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., formerly of Williamsville, Mo., passed away Sunday, March 1, 2015, at her home. She was born June 30, 1953 in Poplar Bluff to the late Neal and Alta Mae Groves. She was of the Christian faith and was employed with Briggs and Stratton. She enjoyed spending every minute with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed going to Branson, on shopping trips and swimming. In June of 1971, she was married to Bobby Marler. He preceded her in death in November 1981. She later married Douglas Eaton on August 10, 1982, in Williamsville. He survives. Other survivors include two sons, Scottie Marler and Chris Marler; one step-daughter, Katrina Anderson; one sister, Becky Wood; brother, Gary Groves; six grandchildren, Wyatt Marler, Mackenzie Marler, Ciara Anderson, Tiara McClure, Bailey Faries, and Morgan Faries. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Gregory Groves, as well as her grandparents, Mabel Gill and Clesie Gill. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at the Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff. The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2015 in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Linda Masterson officiating. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2015 in the Cool Springs Cemetery in Wayne County. (Due to weather conditions)
