Shawn Edward Tutor

Shawn Edward Tutor, 45, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on May 21, 2024 at his home in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Shawn was born on January 30, 1979, to Edward Jarvis and Shirley Niswonger in St. Louis, Missouri. Shawn is survived by daughter, Destiny Ann Appling, son, Brett Michael Winkler (Ciera), and six grandchildren. Shawn was preceded in death by his sister, Candice Sisk.
