Sheila was born on May 9, 1961 to Vard and Ruby Jurls in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Sheila enjoyed to read Stephen King books, she enjoyed old movies, her biggest thing she enjoyed was being with her family. Sheila was known as the ROCK of her family.
Sheila is survived by Two daughters, Astasia Phelps and Candace Phelps, one brother Randy Phelps and three sisters Charlotte Yeley Darla Phelps Traci Phelps, 10 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Sheila was preceded in death by Vard Ray Phelps and Ruby Vinson, Sister Jayley Schoch, nephews Justin and Lance Yeley significant other James Williams.
