Sheila Marcene Smith

Sheila Marcene Smith, 78, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on December 04, 2025, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.

Sheila was born on November 29, 1947, to Wilburn and Dorothy Elizabeth (Gower) Stout in Mountain View, Missouri. She married Cevis O. Smith on October 4, 1998, he survives.

Sheila enjoyed playing games on her phone.

Sheila is survived by spouse, Cevis O. Smith, sons, Douglas Frazier, Kurtis (Amanda) Kelley, David (Jamie) Kelley, David (Melissa) Smith, Kenneth (Jodi) Smith, Heath (Jessica) Smith, and sister, Valerie (Dan) Kiefer.  She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Sheila was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, David, Nathan and Darrell Stout, and sister, Shirley Larmie.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, from 1-2pm at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home 701 Vine St. Poplar Bluff, MO

Funeral services will begin at 2pm in the chapel with Rev. Greg Gilberto officiating. Burial will take place at Kinsey Cemetery.
