Sibyl Jennifer Gunnbaber

Sibyl Jennifer Gunn-Baber 56 of Gary Indiana departed life on Tuesday Nov.6, 2018 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau Mo. Sibyl was born June 19, 1962 in Gary Indiana. In 1984 she married Arnold Baber Sr. of Covert Michigan where she resided for over ten years. In 1996 Sibyl relocated to Poplar Bluff Mo. where she resided until her untimely homecoming. She practiced the Methodist Faith and enjoyed many things such as reading,watching classic television,cooking and socializing with friends and family. Sibyl was friendly,funny outgoing and a hard -worker. She dedicated a signficant amount of her time caring for others and enjoying life. Her memory will be forever cherished by her loving life partner Bobby Warren of Poplar Bluff Mo. mother Hilda Turner and father James Turner of Gary Indiana. Two brothers Garrick Turner and Justin Turner of Gary Indiana, one daughter April Gunn-Palmore of Westerville Ohio, two sons Arnold Baber Jr. of Kalamazoo Michigan, Jerrod Baber of Detroit Michigan. Beloved Son-In law Da'Juan Palmore of Westerville Ohio, Daughter-In Law Trivenna Johnson- Baber .Three grandchildren De'Marco Palmore, Paige Palmore and Genesis Palmore of Westerville Ohio, a plethora of other relatives and wonderful friends. She was preceded in death by her two grandmothers. Sibyl was returned to her family for a private memorial service "In my fathers house are many mansions if it were not so I would have told you I go to prepare a place for you . And if I go to prepare a place for you I will come again and receive you unto myself that where I am there ye may be also. We love and miss you daughter, mom , grandmother and friend.
