Susan (Baker) Fortenberry

Susan Fortenberry, 62, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on April 15, 2023, at Cedargate Healthcare in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Susan was born on June 9, 1960, to Harold and Patricia Baker in San Antonio, Texas.  She married Mike Fortenberry, he survives.

Susan enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandsons. She was a 35 year member of Westwood Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff.

Susan is survived by husband, Mike Fortenberry, daughter, Amy (Matthew) Macioch, son, Adam (Dawn) Fortenberry, grandsons, Nathan Fortenberry, Caden Howell, Ryan Fortenberry, Devon Macioch, sister, Cindy Saul, brother, Buddy Baker.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Jack and Mike Baker.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday April 19, 2023, from 10-11am at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff, MO.

Funeral services will begin at 11am in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Steve Proctor officiating.  Burial will take place at Poplar Bluff City Cemetery at a later time.
