Timmie Lee Stratton

Timmie Lee Stratton, 60, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Saturday, December 3, 2016, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. He was born on June 16, 1956, in Broseley, Mo., to the late Fred and Beulah (Slaughter) Christian. A self employed carpenter, he enjoyed fishing, going to flee markets, and playing pool. He is survived by his brother, Kenny Stratton and wife, Shari; two sisters, Joan Brown and husband, Tom, Wanda Wilson and husband, Ralph; as well as his life partner, Karen Haldeman. Visitation will be held at 12 noon Tuesday, December, 6, 2016 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff. The funeral service will follow at 1 pm, in the chapel, with Dr. Brian Anderson officiating. Burial will take place in the Poplar Bluff City Cemetery.
