Wayne Edward Ernest, 89, of Poplar Bluff, passed away December 20, 2015 at Cedergate Nursing Facility. Mr. Ernest was born January 28, 1926, in La Cross, Wisconsin to the late George Edward Ernest and Elizabeth Florence Baker-Ernest. He was an electrician, repaired jewelry and was of Methodist faith. Mr. Ernest was a Navy veteran of WWII. In 1946, he was married to Mary Sperdeck and she survives. Also surviving are children; James Edward Ernest, Jeanne Elizabeth Wisniowski, Jerome Wayne Ernest and David Andrew Ernest; brother; Norton Leland Ernest; grandchildren; Mykel David Ernest, Drew Allen Edward Ernest, Bryanne Elizabeth Ruth Ernest and great-grandchild; Jack Dylan Ernest There are no services planned.
