William "Bill" D. King

William "Bill" D. King, 61, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., died Monday, June 25, 2018, at his residence. He was born Feb. 1, 1957, at Lutesville, Mo. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the American Legion. His hobbies were fishing and reading. He was preceded in death by his father, Harvey King. Survivors include his mother, Maxine King Joy; brothers and sisters, Larry Harris (Evelyn) , Sharon Barker, Harvey King Jr., (Isin) , Julita Michel (Marty) , and stepbrother, Timothy Joy (Sarah); and nieces, Melissa Harris, Tabitha Hoover and Danica Ruso. Visitation will be at 5 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2018, at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home. The funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 30, 2018 at the funeral home.
