Brandon Groves Obituary

Brandon Carl Neal Groves, 29 of Williamsville passed away Tuesday, August 30. 2011, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Visitation will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 3 at the Cornerstone Tabernacle Church, Poplar Bluff, Mo., followed by the funeral service at 1 p.m. Pastor Bryan Parkey will officiate and burial in the Military Crossing Cemetery, in Wayne County.

Mr. Groves was born November 4, 1981 in Poplar Bluff, Mo. to parents Gary and Emma (Hillis) Groves. He was a concrete construction worker, and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and being with his children. He had formerly lived in Eldon, Mo. and Springfield, Mo. He attended Cornerstone Tabernacle Church in Poplar Bluff.

He is survived by his parents, Gary and Emma Groves of Williamsville, his children, Legend Neal Groves of the home, Tucker Groves and Rilie Groves of Eldon, Mo. Also surviving one brother, James Cluckey, of Williamsville a niece, Makaila Thornburgh and nephews, Brett and Brennen Cluckey.

Brandon is preceded in death by his grandparents Neal and Altamae Groves and Carl and Edith Hillis.
