Gail (Stephens) Edwards

Jessie Gail Edwards 69, of Poplar Bluff passed away June 18, 2021 at her home following a courageous fight against ALS and Pancreatic cancer. She is in Heaven with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Gail was born on April 5, 1952 to the late Rev. Morris O and Ethel Mae Stephens in Enterprize Miss. Gail is survived by her husband David Edwards of the home, 4 children: Mike and Lisa Seely of Dallas Texas, Jessica Edwards and partner Darren Murray of Doniphan Wesley and Chelesa Edwards of Jacksonville Florida, Fea and Morgan Edwards of Mass Poiate Ms. Six grandchildren: Parker Grobe, Macey Edwards, Xander Edwards, Levi Edwards, Hunter Edwards and Ethan Vishnefske. One sister Ruth Olin of Oklahoma City Ok. one brother and sister-in-law Travis and Sheila Stephens of Bethel Springs Tenn. Eleven nieces and nephews forty great nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, brother in-law Carl and Glenda Bishop. A memorial dinner will be announced at a later date. Memorials may be made to the ALS Foundation  or The American Cancer Society.
