Janet (White) McBroom

Janet McBroom, 87, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on September 26, 2023, at Oakdale Assisted Living in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Janet was born on April 13, 1936, to Delzie White and Erma (Shell) White in Flint, Michigan.  She married Arthur "Bid" McBroom on Feb. 1, 1952.  He preceded her in death on May 5,2005
Janet was all about her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She loved the outdoors and loved traveling to Colorado in their RV.   She was a woman of many talents.  She was self-taught in fixing clocks, making Indian Dolls and building.   She also was a lover of animals.  
Janet is survived by children Rick McBroom and wife Connie, Nick McBroom and wife Renee, and Joyce Hodge and husband Jim. 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren
Janet was preceded in death by her Husband, Arthur "Bid" McBroom and her parents.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, September 28,2023 at 1PM at the Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Mo., with Rev. Steve Patterson officiating.
