Jordan Ray Levi Smith

Jordan Ray Levi Smith, 19, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on October 26, 2020 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Jordan was born on October 29, 2000 to Monica Smith in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. 

Jordan worked at Applebee’s, was an avid gamer, loved spending time with all his family and friends and loved music. 

Jordan is survived by his mother Monica Smith, step father Matthew Dockins, sisters Kaitlyn Hall, Emily Smith, Addison Dockins, maternal grandfather Steve Smith, paternal grandmother Debbie Pruett and husband Clay, aunts, Gail, Linda, Carol, Angie, Sarah, Anna and Melissa; Uncle Steven Smith; niece Khaleah and many cousins.

Jordan was preceded in death by great-grandmother Pansy Spencer, Nanny; Teresa Barker, cousins; Adam Manes and Martin Smith.

There will be a memorial service Thursday, October 29th, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Grace Christian Fellowship 3200 Warrior Lane Poplar Bluff, with Rev. Brian Sharp officiating.
