Mabel Niswonger

Mabel Niswonger, 92, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on January 13, 2022, at Puxico Nursing and Rehab in Puxico, Missouri.
Mabel was born on February 15, 1929, to Charley and Ester (Pounds) Herren in Corning, Arkansas.  She married Edward Niswonger on April 16, 1948, in Corning Ark.
Mabel was a member of the Palace of Praise Church in Poplar Bluff.  She enjoyed fishing and going to church.  
Mabel is survived by husband, Edward Niswonger, daughter, Sharon K Tate (Dave) son, Jerry Lee Niswonger, daughter, Patricia Sue Buczek (Robert) son, George Edward Niswonger Jr. (Pam) daughter, Pamela Lynn Castro (Milton), several grandchildren, and great grandchildren, sister Rita Kopka (Elman), brothers, Fred Herren and John Herren and wife Velma.
Mabel was preceded in death by her parent, son, Glenn Edward Niswonger and five siblings.
Visitation will be held on Monday Jan.17, 2022 from 2- 3 pm at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff, MO.
Funeral services will be on Monday at 3 pm with Rev. Randy West officiating.   Burial will take place on Tuesday January 18,2022 at 2:30 PM in Shady Grove Cemetery Pontotoc, MS
