Mareece Webb Obituary

Mareece Webb, 46, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021 at Poplar Bluff Reginal Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.  Mareece ‘Mo’ Webb, born on October 5, 1974, is the son of Carolyn Britton and the late Raymond L. Britton of Poplar Bluff. Mareece Webb has 4 children: Marissa Webb, Soley (Kyle) Dugas, Adrian Webb and Darian Webb all of Poplar Bluff.  

He worked Union Pacific Railroad for over 17 years until his passing.  He enjoyed being around athletics, coaching, mentoring, music, spending time with his family and friends…..especially his children.  

Mr. Webb is survived by his mother; his children; stepdaughter, Tiana Harris; five siblings, Martessa (Chad) Woods, Raymond (Stephanie) Webb, Tenisha (Daniel) Miller all of Poplar Bluff, William Britton of Herculaneum, Missouri and Terry (Britney) Britton of Joplin, Missouri. He also has five cousins that were raised as siblings with him, Shuntae Webb and Crystal Johnson of Poplar Bluff, Nicole (George) Tracy of Lawton, Oklahoma, Taja Johnson of Raleigh, N.C. and Anthony Britton of Bernie, Missouri; his fiance, Meredith Miller and her children, Hayden Clark, Natalie Clark and Isabella Halliburton, all of Poplar Bluff and his grandparents, June Marie Webb of Poplar Bluff, Rosemary Britton of O’Fallen, Illinois and Rayfield Britton of Poplar Bluff. 

He was proceeded in death by his grandfather, Alfonse Webb Sr.; his father, Raymond Britton; a stepson, Jalon Harris; his aunt, Jeanette Webb-Johnson; uncle, Terry Joe Webb and his great-grandparents, Manual & Fannie Wallace of Broseley, Missouri and William & Pearlee Britton of Morocco, Missouri.

Visitation will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 11 at Mt. Calvary Powerhouse Church, 1875 Speedway Drive, Poplar Bluff. The funeral will follow at noon with Bishop Ron Webb officiating.
