Margaret Ann Oakes, 69, of Puxico, MO passed away on November 14, 2022, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Margaret was born on October 3, 1953 to William and Lavern (Benedick) Power in St. Louis, Missouri. She married Richard Oakes Dec.2, 1978. He survives.
Margaret enjoyed flower gardening and traveling with Richard.
Margaret is survived by husband, Richard, sons; Richard Anthony Oakes, Michael Roy Oakes, grandson; Isaiah Oakes, sister; Mickey Power and sister-in-law; Marie Garner.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held on Friday November 18,2022 from10am-11am at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff, MO.
Funeral services will begin in the funeral home chapel at 11am with Shawn Mallard officiating.
Burial will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
