Marvin Moore Obituary

Marvin Robert’s (Bob) Moore, 63 of Wappapollo, Missouri, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on November 15, 2021. He was born on November 16, 1958 to his late Mother, Ellen C. Moore and his Father, Harold S. Moore in Little Rock, Arkansas. Bob grew up in Arkansas and served his Country in the military (US Army) soon after graduating. His family and friends nicknamed him “Catfish.”Later he moved to Missouri with his wife, Phyllis to live, work and perfect his skills as a hunter.

He accepted Jesus as his Savior in his teens and recently renewed his profession of faith to the Lord. He worked at the VA Hospital in Poplar Bluff, Missouri but will be remembered most for his hunting and fishing skills. Bob loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman who passed that skill and passion on to his friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his Mother, Ellen C. Moore and Grandparents, Marvin and Lena White, and Robert and Maggie Moore. Also, precious Cousins, Aunts, and Uncles.

 Bob is survived by his wife Phyllis Moore; Father, Harold Moore; sister, Glenda Hargis (James); sister, Ann Blake (Rocco)and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 He also leaves behind brothers of his heart, Greg White (Anne); Parrish Elliot (Michelle); Robert White (Tracey) Mike Elder (Belinda); Mike Elder Sr. (Wanda); Brody Elder; David Stull (Dana); Caden Stull; Archie Stull (Donna); Danny Uhl (Rhonda); Ron Snider (Tracy); Reverend Richard Blagg (Sue); Ronnie Dye; Steve Fiesher and a host of family and friends who all love him and will miss him dearly.

 Two memorial dates will be set for both Missouri and Arkansas at a later time.
