Nevaeh'Lynn is survived by mother, Joshlyn Forbes; brother, Ja'Marion Forbes; sister, Janaye Gainwell; sister, Jordyn Gainwell; grandmother; La'Quisha Winston (Darnell Dunson); grandfather, Jackson Lucas III (Latasha); great-grandmother, Virgie Morton; great-grandfather, "Thang"; uncle, Joshua Forbes and aunt, Maryn Goudy.
Nevaeh'Lynn was preceded in death by a brother; Dennis Cooper Jr.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 12, 2019  from 11 am to 12 pm at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff.  Funeral services will begin at 12 pm in the funeral home chapel.  Burial will be in Marble Hill Cemetery in Butler County.
