Ricky Stricklin Sr.

Ricky Lynn Stricklin Sr., 62, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on January 30, 2022, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Ricky was born on October 22, 1959, to Rayburn and Cassie (Bowen) Stricklin in Kankakee, Illinois.  He is survived by his faithful companion of 46 years, Ellen Morris. Ricky was of the Baptist faith, he loved fishing, working on cars, and riding his motorcycle. Ricky is survived by his sons, Ricky Stricklin Jr., Cody Allen Stricklin, a stepson Calvin Morris, two brothers Gary Stricklin (Tammy), Tim Stricklin (Lisa), two sisters, Becky Hampton (Jerry) Shelia Barnett (Charles), two step grandchildren Amber and Jared Morris. Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters: Patricia Miller, Janet Miller, Tresia Battles, two brothers; Larry and Bradford Stricklin. Visitation will be held on Wednesday Feb. 2, 2022, at Fowler Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff. from 11 am til 12 pm. Funeral services will begin at 12 noon in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in the Cochran Cemetery.
