Tommy Crossen, 68, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri,(formally of Neelyville) passed away at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, January 11, 2017. He was born March 1, 1948 in Butler County, Missouri to the late Elmer Crossen and Mary Crawford Crossen. In April 1967 in Neelyville He was married to Betty Ann Leonard. She preceded him in death on June 10, 2015.
He is survived by five children, Terry Crossen and wife Erica of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, John Crossen and wife Paula of Corning, Arkansas, Mary Ainley and husband, David of Neelyville, Missouri, Scott Crossen of Corning, Arkansas and Gary Leonard of Neelyville, Missouri. three brothers, Steve Crossen of St. Charles, Mo, Tim Crossen of Sullivan, Missouri and Ray Crossen of Collierville, Tennessee, as well as one sister, Alice of Arnold Missouri. Eleven grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren also survive.
He is preceded in death by his wife, parents and one sister Peggy Stump.
He was a member of the Assembly of God Church of Corning, Arkansas where had been the Sunday School Super attendant. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and cardinal baseball and his grandchildren. He had been a supervisor for Darlings Store fixtures of Corning, Arkansas.
Visitation for Mr. Crossen will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 14, 2017 in the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel Inc. of Neelyville, Missouri with the funeral following at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Corning Cemetery in Corning, Arkansas with Rev. Jimmy McMasters officiating.
