William Kirk Obituary

William Ellis Kirk 86, of Wappapello died June 15, 2021 at Barnes Jewish Hospital
in St. Louis. He was born June 12, 1935 in Guy Arkansas to the late Mark and Dulsa
Von (Battles) Kirk.
On Nov. 6, 1954 he was united in marriage to Marjorie Cawood in Blue Springs Ne.
She preceded him in death. He was of the Baptist Faith, served in the National Guard
loved hunting, fishing, shooting matches and spending time with family.
Mr. Kirk is survived by his children; Dollie Markham, Brenda Dortch (Eddie), Susan Von
Kirk (Bruce), his grandchildren; Scott A Markham, Carl W Markham, Lacey McClintock
(Jeremy), Eddie Joe Dortch (Whitney), Jessica Hoagland (Preston), Samantha Dalton
(Brandon), Adam Morris. Eleven great and three great great grandchildren also survive. Other survivors include
Two brothers; James Kirk, Clarence Kirk (Becky) two sisters; Louise Grant (Tom), 
Judy Clark (Leroy). a daughter-In-law Sherry Kirk.
Along with his parents and wife he was preceded in death by his son Randy Joe Kirk,
three brothers; Joe, Tom, and Sam Kirk, two sisters; Sharon Pohlman, Diana Eisman.
Visitation will be from 10 am til 11 am Saturday June 19, 2021 at the First Church Of God
Hwy 67 south the funeral service will start at 11 am at the church
Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
