William Carlton Scaggs

William Carlton Scaggs, 75, of Williamsville, MO passed away on September 17, 2021 at St Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR William was born on March 4, 1946 to Claude and Evonne Gertrude (Hafer) Scaggs in Jonesboro, Arkansas. William is survived by son, Tony Scaggs, sisters Carolyn Smith, Sheila Hicks, Mary Lee, brother Marlin Claude Scaggs, grandson, Timothy Koh Scaggs, granddaughter, Victoria Yuki Scaggs, and grandson, Edward Koji Scaggs. William was preceded in death by his wife Debbie, parents and son Andy Scaggs.

There will be an inurnment at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO Friday, September 24,2021 at 1PM with full military honors.
